Book in Advance
When at all possible, please try to book your next appointment before leaving the spa; otherwise, at least 1-2 weeks in advance for services and 3-4 weeks in advance for packages. This will help to ensure you get the time that works best for you.
In order to provide all our clients with the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a minimum 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an individual appointment, and 48 hours if you are booked for one of our spa packages. Failure to do so will result in a 50% late cancellation charge applied to your account and “no shows” will be charged full value of the treatment that was booked. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of this policy.
To enjoy the fullest pleasure of your spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes in advance. We understand that situations may arise where you can not make it on time to your appointment. We will try our best to accommodate clients who arrive late for their appointments; however, if we cannot extend your time due to other bookings, your service will be altered. Milestones Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the treatment price when accommodating late clients.Respect Other Guests
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation; please respect our guest’s right to privacy and quiet. Ensure all cell phones are turned off, speak in hushed tones, and please leave children in the care of someone else.

Gift Certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount, service or package. Online orders are also available. Gift Certificates are non-refundable but transferable and must be presented at time of payment.
