How it Works

• Let the receptionist know when you are booking that you will be direct billing and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
• On your first visit bring your benefits card. Ensure you have a current Physician’s Referral for massage on file with Blue Cross.
• There is a fee of $5.00 for each massage claim submitted, the fee is not covered by your benefits.
